At American Plant Supply, our shipping department is the heart of our operation, ensuring your botanical treasures reach you with care and efficiency!
From order to delivery, our team meticulously selects and packages each plant, guaranteeing a seamless experience and bringing nature's beauty to your doorstep. Trust us for a shipping process that delivers joy and inspiration every time!
We employ an additional packing method for tall, large, and multiple plants to ensure their safe shipment.
We lay down wood fiber to keep our soil in check and avoid any messy spills.
We sprinkle wood fiber right beneath the foliage to give our soil some extra protection.
We wrap the planter and the wood fiber area with a plastic bag for added protection.
Then, we snugly fasten it with a zip-tie for extra security.
We pop the houseplant into a paper bag and seal it up tight with a rubber band.
The paper bag serves as the final wrapping, adding a touch of presentation flair for our customers.
